Dr. Gloria J. Kramer-Gordon is a dedicated educator with a rich background in teaching and leadership. Beginning her career as a substitute teacher and Spanish instructor, she later specialized in English as a Second Language (ESL) for K-12 students. As the ESL department chair and principal of a dual language school, she championed effective language programs and built a thriving educational community from the ground up.
Currently, as the TESOL coordinator and Assistant Professor at SUNY Empire University, her research focuses on multicultural education, literacy strategies for multilingual learners, and the mental health of immigrant students. Her passion for education continues to inspire both young and adult learners.
